Identifying Transistor 4002i or 4002l 10201W

I am looking to either test or replace the transistor pictured. Can't find a data-sheet or any about this using the text. Does anyone have info on this transistor?

When I run into situations like this, the first thing I check is the company logo. I can't make it out in your picture, can you?
If you can find out who made it, and it' not proprietary, you might be able to track it down.
