I'd consider all IC's static sensitive, it's just a matter of how tolerate.
The most well-known ESD sensitive family are CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide
Semiconductor), but there are many others now.
You really should use careful handling with all IC's.
Did something happen in particular in your case, that concerns you?
Or is this just a general question?
In general, a static discharge is capable of damaging circuits that are as small as
those found inside in integrated circuit.
