We're a little worried about you.
Your dad doesn't want you using a soldering iron because you're too young.
We recommend a solderless breadboard so you can try making some projects.
Now we find out one of your first project attempts is a Tesla Coil, and you're trying to
find some high voltage capacitors.
How's about trying a 9V battery driven bell, or a flashing LED circuit.
I think we're a little concerned that dad knows you better than we do, and you're going
to blow yourself across the room or kill yourself trying some of what you want to do.

Electronboy, as shrtrnd mention - if your dad doesn't want you soldering because you are too young, I'm sure he wouldn't want you to make projects with HV capacitors... I'm locking this thread as we really can't help you with this project.

On a practical level, your request was unlikely to get many useful replies because it contained no quantitative information.

For instance I have a large number of 330V 220uF capacitors. I consider them high voltage (I think any capacitor rated at over 63V as being a high voltage cap).

I also have some 10nF 1.5kV capacitors.

You may not consider either of them high voltage and the capacitance may be way different to what you require.

I suspect that anyone who had any of the devices you sought wouldn't have a clue that they did.
