high frequency field simulation

Hi,

I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but does
anybody know a program (freeware & linux) which calculates the high
frequency field generated by metal electrodes and the induced voltage
to a metal part in the simulation domain ?

Look for ATLC; that might do what you want.
