I need some help identifying a vintage part I came across recently. It looks somewhat like a small signal diode (same size). The part is light blue with a red band on on end. The markings are:

LVA
13100
B
TRW (as in the company logo)
26969

There is another very similar part with similar markings:

LVA
1100A
TRW
26883

The parts have a resistance of about 800K with the negative probe connected to the side with the red band and essentially infinite resistance connected the other way.

Nothing came up when I googled the markings. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

hello Mike,

Welcome to this forum !

your components looks to be zener diode. In the here under link you can find cross references for TRW diodes. However they don' t include exact matching for your parts. The 3 lasts digits gives the voltage.

http://www.fairchildsemi.com/crossref/crossrefSearch.do add LVA in the start with right box
