I have a FBII XL2P I installed myself back in 2004 that seems to have gone belly up. It just fast beeps like the battery is dead and says zone 6 is the problem. Battery is fine and can't see anything wrong with zone 6. The alarm never went off and was set at the time of the failure.
Anyway, they don't make the XL2P anymore and it looks like the XL2T is the replacement. I am only using 7 zones so the XL2T will have enough zones. I'm just wondering if my 3 current keypads will work with the XL2T? They are one XK-7LC and two XK108's.
The main difference I see is the XL2P had phone line monitoring and the 2T does not. Will the 2T replace my 2P and has anybody done this?
