ethernet to serial conversion

We are attempting to convert ethernet data to a syncronous serial stream, running at 7 Mb.... Is a hardware product available to do such task? All possibilites will be appreciated.

I have never heard of mg (millgrams) as an electrical unit before...

Edit: I see you changed mg to Mb, that is a little better. Mb/sec is what I now think you mean.
