Electronics Project: Dice

I'm making a dice for a school project, but I am struggling with the creation of the PCB. Below is a diagram of the circuit, the circuit works fully, I am just unsure on the PCB, thanks in advance.

Before you get to the PCB.
Your project is faulty by design!

Connecting LEDs in parallel is wrong.
Each LED should have it's own different series resistor or (depending on the LEDs you use and "Power Supply voltage") connect them in series.

Not to worry . . . at least you got 0o and its companion D4 LED correct ! . . . . . . and that would be your correct example,
for all of the others . . . . . which are now in a Russian Roulette state.
