Can anyone tell me how to reset the installer PW ?
Will a "Total Reset" to factory default reset all PW?

It is model PC1555

Is the panel locked out?? To find out, remove all power, wait for 30
seconds, then reapply AC. If you hear the telephone relay clicking rapidly
8 - 10 times, you have a "locked board", and the normal reset procedures
won't work. You can send it back to your supplier (to unlock) or to Jim
Rojas at http://www.tech-man.com for a nominal fee (cheaper than replacing
the board).

Looking at a bigger picture, it is way cheaper to replace the board right
onsite during the first visit if you figure in the cost of the second trip,
the home owner taking another day off just to wait for service man etc.
etc., not to mention you are losing out the time on some other money making
service call.
