I sincerely doubt they exist in surface mount form. The reason is
that there will often be considerable force applied to the connectors
when terminating wires to them. That force could be high enough to
tear surface mounting pads from the circuit board substrate. The
through-hole mounting is very robust in terms of the force needed to
tear the connector from the board.
