Current-miller circuit

Dear all,

can you give me a hint, what the general definition of a "current-miller circuit" could be?
It seems to have to do with current sources and I also found a connection to Wilson circuits.

Funnily enough, only Japanese designers seem to use the word...so if no English speaking circuit designer uses it, there still remains the dreadful option that it should just signify a "current mirror"...

Or it could be something to do with cascodes and current amplifiers...

I've looked at a number of things and I'm not really any more the wiser.

Dear all,

the riddle is solved with the help of a Japanese colleague: In my particular context (US Patent 6,144,197) the circuit should indeed read correctly: current mirror circuit!!

It has nothing to do with Miller capacitances, only with the coincidence that "Miller" and "mirror" is written with the same Katakana...
