Crystal capacitance

how to I know the capacitance of a crystal,I bought few hundred from eBay but it didn't mention the capacitance of the crystal,I know it will range between 5-33 pF,but that make selecting load capacitor a big problem,assuming the stray capacitance be 5pF,the load capacitance will range from 7.5 to 22 pF,can anyone help?

if you knew the manufacturer you could enquire
if not, assume a value and see how it affects it's in circuit value/operation
