hello,

i have a sot23 with reference "CR"22, on the case i see A6W
What it could be ?
Also, it is near to something similar to a buzzer, that's named "LS"1, but of square shape with small hole in the middle, that measures 43ohm.

thanks

thanks, it could be, i de-soldered and measured it, act as diode. LS1 is really a buzzer.

CR has been used for diodes since semiconductor diodes have been around
it sorta depends on country of origin and the learning history of the circuit designer
as to if CR or D is used

Same with transistors -- T, TR, Q

and voltage regulator IC's -- VR, SR, IC

can get confusing for new comers to the hobby ;)
