want to use? I grew up with a nice wood/oil - heat/hot water - boiler.

Thanks Steve,

I already have a gas furnace in the house so I guess that would be the
way to go. I'm looking for something easy to install and at the more
affordable end of the market as this is for an over the garage
apartment that will see very little winter use.
Do like the wood idea but am away a lot during the week and the wife
isn't so keen.....
