Hello, I have a skill evaluation I am taking and I am stumped.
I am allowed to look to external sources (internet included) for help.

it's sorta homework, study, exam will leave it here

so have you tried to do anything to solve this yourself ?
how about an attempt and we all can help with correction hints

I realize this answer is still wrong as once the first relay is de-energized so will the second. But I am stumped. I am not an electronics major by trade this is just a general knowledge and research ability check

I think I may have found the answer... can someone verify?
Obviously I'll tidy up the wiring once it's right
