Sure, it won't burn until you plug it in a 230V outlet. ;)
Seriously, if you want an answer to that then you'll have to provide a link to both the mixer's spec's and the adaptor in question. It's impossible to say without further info.

Ok, so here's the deal:
The mixer uses a separate wall-wart/plug-pack power adaptor (PA-10, AC35-38VCT, 0.62A, 22-24VA) with a 3-pin XLR-plug.
The power adapter is available in the following versions:
Japan: 100V AC, 50Hz (east, 60Hz west)
USA and Canada: 120 V AC, 60 Hz
Europe: 230 V AC, 50 Hz
Australia: 240 V AC, 50 Hz
Korea: 220 V AC, 60 Hz
The power consumption of the mixer is stated to be 19W. Your adapter is 16.8V * 2 * 0.5A = 33.6V * 0.5A = 16.8VA so it will most likely be overloaded by 13-24%.
Will the adapter still survive? Maybe, if the conditions are right. You'll have to test that out for yourself. At least it won't damage the mixer if the (phonic) adapter burns.
