They seem to be functionally identical.
They may differ in speed, supply voltage range, output drive capability, etc.
But it is up to you to decide if any of these are benefits, drawbacks, or inconsequential for you.

The faster one may have higher quiescent current, so if you rate speed above power consumption one is better, however if you rate power consumption above speed the other may be better. And this assumes that the speed or power consumption of one chip over the other actually makes a practical difference.
In addition, you haven't specified that you are interested in other versions, say 74HC, 74C, 74LVC, 74AC, each of which have different properties which may or may not be relevant to you.
Even more in addition, different manufacturers may have slightly different specs. Maybe operating temperature range, or packaging material, or available packages (Is TSOP an advantage for you over SOP or DIL?).
It would be a very rare component where one could not show any variant to be the "best" in some circumstance.
And I haven't touched on the cost or availability issues either. Or which manufacturer is "greener". Or which one is manufactured in a country with an "acceptable" political environment, or which gives it's workers the best working conditions, or... well, you get the idea.
