Automatic phone line switch

Hi there -

I've been looking around the web to no avail - I have a one line
cordless phone that I'm looking for an "automatic switch" for. I want
to plug three lines into this "automatic switch" and be able to hit
#1, #2, or #3 (or some other type of DTMF type of signaling) on the
phone to switch between the three lines.

Does anyone sell anything like this? Or will I have to home-brew
something with a DTMF decoder and some relays?

Thanks!
