I need a dual channel (stereo) audio amplifier, each channel should giving out about 3W of power to a 6Ω speaker, (specs for both speakers: 3W, 6Ω)
any recommendations?

a bit more info
do you want a fully build and cased stereo amp ?
do you want just built boards and you will case it ?
do you want a kit amp and you will build and case it ?
there are plenty of kit amps and built modules on eBay
find one that you think suits your needs and give a link to it
so some one here can check it out for you

My question is, are you going to use this for mobile use, or in-home/office use?
That'd affect whatever I recommended.
Maybe even more specific than that, .... is it going to be exposed to vibration, like in a motorcycle, boat, or dune buggy?
A speaker with a power rating of only 3W is small (no bass) and is cheap (poor quality).
It might survive 3W but only for a moment, if it is asked to make a long duration tone then it might be destroyed since the peak power or very distorted power of a 3W amplifier is 6W. A speaker rated at 10W will sound better and last longer.
ebay amplifier ads are lies. There are many that use an IC that is rated to produce 18W when it has a 36V power supply and a huge heatsink. but the "18W" ebay amplifier is made for a maximum supply of 12V and has a tiny heatsink. A 3W ebay amplifier might produce only 0.5W.
