    thanks a lot for your answers . cuz i don`t have full schematic , i cut this part of a circuit and draw it . i don`t know the R6(=157k) is really input or out put !! but i have ac signal on the up side of R7 with 12khz that come from the another part of the full circuit . the VREF used for (+)...

    hi everybody;) please see attached file .. how it works ? i think this circuit create a vref=2.5v in node with the same name !! but why must do it with this circuit instead of use the R10 and R4 (voltage divider) !?? input signal is AC signal .
