Help me wire up my small 110AC case fan, schematic included

I assumed the brown in the schematic is what looks yellow in the pic. IOW, brown = yellow. It's easy enough to check, as Davenn suggested, It's possible the camera or lighting is a factor, but it more likely is an incorrect label. This wire-color mismatching between the label or schematic...

Help me wire up my small 110AC case fan, schematic included

The fan motor is designed to run on either 110V or 220V. Use the schematic on the left for 110V. Use wire nuts large enough for 3 wires. The incoming line has 2 wires. Connect the Brown & Blue to one line wire. Connect the Red & Black to the other.

Control for Lamp Circuit Using Low-voltage Push-on/off Button

I'm adding an additional light to a room with 2 entrances in an old house. Instead of using the common 120V 3-way SPDT switches to control the light fixture from 2 points, I'd like to use a relay (or something electronic) directly connected to the load of the light, and I'd like to run low...

LED or CFL flickering with motion sensor in circuit

The GFCI receptacle is on a separate circuit. Anyway, I added a 7.5 watt incandescent in parallel with the LED, and the motion detection switch works properly now. But I've seen available motion detector units that originally come with LED lamps. They must have a different design, or maybe...

    Led's headlight issue

If it's just an indicator lamp, I doubt the computer would notice. But I don't know. My car, of 2001, doesn't have a lamp out indicator. However, on my older car, if a trun signal incandescent opens, the driver will be alerted by a fast blink rate of the turn signal indicator on the instrument...

    Led's headlight issue

What kind of error light are you talking about? It seems it can't be the check engine light as that isn't related to the lamp circuit. But I don't know everything. Maybe on your car it is. If it is just a lamp circuit indicator of low current, then why not just live with it? (Or disconnect it.)...

LED or CFL flickering with motion sensor in circuit

I use a motion sensor wall switch to control the bathroom light. It works fine with an incandescent bulb, and it works with some CFL bulbs and even some LED bulbs. Most bulbs of either CFL or LED cause annoying flicker. There is a difference in behavior of bulbs from the same manufacturer. That...
