oscillator doubt!

guys does this circuit work!
1)should i add that 15pF,22pF,33pF to
calculate the frequency or should i only
take the value of two Mv2109 which is 15pF.
2)please tell me does this oscillator have feedback,
if not please tell me how it should be done!
3)will there be any shorting @ the varicaps!

1) You first calculate 15, 33, & 22p in series, then you add this result to the varicaps before calculating the frequency.
2) An oscillator incorporates feedback by definition, it's what makes them work. In this one it's from emitter to base, incorporating some other transistor parameters also.
3) Whaddayamean? No, not unless you feed a lightning strike into the audio input...

If your after a FM transmitter as this looks like what you are trying to do with it being 93Mhz.

Do a google search for snakes swallow fm transmitter.
I built this one myself and it is awesome
