Old English car with red stop lights as rear indicators to suit USA market, instead of the normal amber indicators.

Simple way is to feed the buzzer through a couple of diodes from the left and right indicator wires to the indicator relay.
The negative of the buzzer goes to ground/chassis.

All you need is a couple of small diodes, eg 1N4007 or similar.
Diodes are basically just a one way valve for electrons.
They have a grey band at one end.
Connect the banded ends of both diodes to the positive of the buzzer.
Connect the other end of one diode to 2 on the indicator relay.
The other diode is connected to 6.
2 and 6 are the front indicators. They are not affected by the operation of the stop lights.

Operation:
When the left indicator lights are on, the buzzer will be fed through the diode connected to 2.
When the right indicator lights are on, the buzzer will be fed through the diode connected to 6.

Note:
The diagram is for positive earth, so I hope you have changed the polarity of the ignition coil.
SW should go to the points.
