I have a wildgames innovations trail camera. It stopped powering on, about 5 years old.
NiMH battery died, replaced it. Still had no power until checking the power switch. Has a momentary switch to power it on. Corroded wires rotted away from the momentary switch, so it can power on/off by shorting the corresponding terminals momentarily. It powers on the red led for power, and powers off, click heard from the camera.
But no power to the screen this time.
Nothing looks wrong with the components.
This happened after normal (bad) weather exposure with PNW rain. Nothing smells or looks burnt.
