What is this component?

It's on the PCB of a light switch. It's got "TF" written next to it on the board and on the component itself it says "2A 250V". Is it a fuse?

Also, is this big yellow brick a capacitor? It has no markings on it.

Thanks both! I'm kind of new to electronics so I hadn't seen a fuse like this before.

They reset themselves when they cool down, usually ten minutes or so at room temperature but usually have to be disconnected from power to cool.

Thanks for the info. I'm assuming that fuse is dead now since the board is charred and the switch no longer works -

- but I want to harvest the transistor from the board. Do you think it will still work fine? I don't have a transistor tester yet!
Btw that charring is right under the switch.
