I'm looking at connecting two voltage output devices in series. Like
batteries but they have strict limits on the voltage they can see on
the output terminals since they are driven with FETs.
Each Output section 18V (6Amps) (Max voltage 20V)
In series they would have 36V on the end terminals.
Is there some common way to limit the voltage across each of the two
outputs to keep them in limits? I was thinking some ZENER diode
arrangment. The outputs can be fairly high current.
Any suggestions would help.
Thanks,
Jon
