Unknown Transistors

Greetings,

I've been going through my component collection and have some transistors that need identifying. I've tried several searches and all I get are parasitic search sites with no information.

- TFK 9624 BUX127 VDO
- TFK 9630 BUX127 VDO
- TESLA BUF742MA 07
- G0241C RN
- TESLA KD501 A69321
- TESLA BUF036A 08
- TESLA BUF725D 07
- IFK BSX45/10 448

You probably included too much in the search.

BUX127: NPN Darlington, <1 MHz, 15A, 400V. BU 931P, BU932P, BUT51P, & BUV37 are similar transistors.

BUF742: NPN HV switch, >4MHz, 5A, 400-900V, 50W, TO-220.

BUF725D: NPN HV switch w/diode, >4MHz, 5A, 400-700V, 40W, TO-220.

BSX45: NPN medium power, >50MHz, 1A, 40-80V, 6W, TO-39. The /10 denotes the gain range (20-100).

KD501: NPN power, >2MHz, 20A, 40V, 150W, TO-3.

Datasheetarchive is often helpful, having cross ref's & spec' sheets if not anything else.

Thanks. Why would the BUX127s have different numbers though - one is 9624 and one is 9630

That's just the manufacturing date, 1996 - week # 24 & 30.
