Treadmill Motor Controller Board issue

Just took a voltage reading at the points where the power goes into the board. Got a stable 246v. As you would expect nothing on the terminals going out to the motor.

Is that on the DC side of the bridge?
The low voltage I believe is fed from the small transformer, if so there should be a L.V. supply on the secondary, typically 12vdc.
When specifying voltages note if DC or AC.
Surface mount devices (SMT) are always a little harder to trouble shoot.

I presume it was AC coming from the mains? However, I'm going to stop there as I've just managed to give myself a nasty 240v shock trying to take readings! Probably why idiots like me should not mess with electric without knowing what I'm doing! I'll put my hands in my pocket and buy a new MCB.

I'm actually on the RIGHT side of the pond so if Waleo27 wants to post the board to me I'll have a look at it.
