These 105ESM components appear to be capacitors. What are they, and which datasheet may I refer to?

I received a mixed-bag of various components which were bought from my friends and while I can identify the majority of them, there were a few of these inside. They appear to be small ceramic capacitors with a resin package measuring 6mmx5mm. The package is marked 105 ESMon one side, and 50(V|U) AC Won the other.

I found this page which seems to indicate that they may be a 1.0 micro-farad capacitor.

Here are macro images of each side of the package. The images may be clicked to view the full size:

Since I am new to these products, hope you can give me some answers. Thank you in advance.

105 means 10 x 10^5 pico farads = 1 uF

markings as abc on a capacitor can be interpreted as ab * 10^z pf

This looks similar to part SR305E105MAR.
Markings would be
First Side
105 - Capacitence
E5M (E Temp Code 5-Voltage Code - M Tolerance Code)

Second Side
XXX - Digit Date Code
* XX - * AVX marking looks like up arrow and 2 digit lot code.
