Hi all!
I recently bought a used Tektronix 1240 Logic analyzer including a set
of P6460 pods. The manual for the analyzer was included, but does not
seem to contain any information about the pods.
My question is:
What's the limits on input voltage to the pods?
My constructions tend to use 40xx series CMOS logic and usually has 9
or 12V power supply. Would it be safe to have 12 or even 15V input to
the P6460, or do I have to construct and adapter. I have seen in the
menus of the instrument that the threshold voltage can be set from -6.3
to +6.3V, so I assume it will accept voltages exceeding 5V.
With Best regards
