Hello
I want to make a tool that checks for solenoid valves opening and closing. That's, the led on it turns on when the solenoid valve is open, and turns off when solenoid valve is closed.
Who can I do this ? ,and What parts do I need ?
The solenoid valves are for the hydraulics of dialysis machines.

You could easily put the LED (with current limiting resstor) in parallel to the solenoid. It will then be on when there is voltage across the solenoid.

However, a faulty valve may not open even with voltage present. You'd have to find a mechanism to actually sense the position of the valve to indicate this.Or find a sensor that signals liquid flowing through the valve as an indication for the valve being open.

As Harold advised an LED can be connected across the solenoid coil to indicate that the solenoid is electrically activated.
But, you also need a sensor after the valve to confirm that the valve has actually operated correctly. The sensor would need to indicate that the valve is fully open, partially open, or fully closed etc.
