Help please I need an equivalent for this IC BA 9700

Can't find an exact equivalent, but it's a controller for a switch-mode power supply (SMPS), so perhaps you could just use a ready-built cheap SMPS (plenty advertised) instead?

Googling "smps schematic" brings up several schematics. Take your pick.
