RCA Television Model F35730ST with CTC169JS5 white horizotal lines

I am trying to repair this tv above. In addition to the lines I have a greyist picture but the picture still works. When I first turn on the TV the TV screen goes completely red side is fligering blue for 1-2 seconds and then the pictures come on with white horizontal lines coming across the screen.

Where can I get a manual for this TV?
What are the possible components that are going?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check po horizontal section for the horizontal lines,maybe a bad component there or a bad soldered,for the color,like what youve mention check for the crt board,maybe a bad solder,or a bad component.

maybe a bad capacitor in the horizontal secti0n,just check and you'll find that a piece of cake.hehehe goodluck hunting sir,sorry for my english.
