I just bought a raspberry pi zero and some other stuff (mod edit: link removed) I'm
using it for image processing. Can you please tell me that the camera used for raspberry pi 3 will also be compatible with pi zero or I will have to buy a new pi zero specific camera?

As long as you've not got one of the original Pi Zeros (which I think came without a camera connector), then yes, the official Pi camera will work with it :).

From what I remember, you need a cable adaptor, as the port is a little smaller than standard.
