power switch for PSU

Variable, Do you want a Switch Mode Supply or Analogue Supply?

Sorry for jumping into this question. I am also building one power supply bench from PC ATX. While I am trying to a on/off button for the power on (green line ) connecting the ground(black line). I am a beginner and wondering if I can use this switch.

Can one tell me how to do this? Thank you in advance!

Green line? Black line? I'm not sure what you mean there. But as long as its a locking button (stays down until you push it again) it should work fine just check its maximum ratings.
