Hi Everyone,
I have one 230 ACv to 24v DC power supply section. Now it is in fault condition.
I need to rectify it.
In that KBP206 brigde rectifier it get 300v volt as DC.
I dont know to how to test and check
I have 230V AC but I didnt get 24V dc
Please suggest me

Is this an actual part of equipment?
If it is faulty, what is the fault?
If you are thinking of making a 24V DC power supply, then you will need a transformer, then a rectifier, then smoothing as required by the load.

sounds like he has a SMPS else there would be no need for his above comment

@Vanathi M S make and model and photos of PSU please before we go any further

You must post the schematic so we can see the circuit.

not very helpful

what is the PSU from ?
show a photo of the under side of the board
do you get ~ 300V across that big brown 400V electro capacitor ?
did you check the brown fuse that is on the upper left corner of the connector ?

OK

the PSU is a bit more complex than most
without more info, it would be a difficult challenge to fix

I checked fuse, it passes AC.
and I get 325V across 400v capacitor.

great, good start

I cannot see a switching IC, maybe it is on the under side of that heatsink ?
any idea what the IC part number is ? ( assuming it is an IC)

please don't be impatient
we all have other lives ... we don't sit on here 24 hrs a day waiting for people !

OK that is as I suspected the switching IC. It is probably/possible that it had failed
try replacing it if you can get the part
... from there on, it's likely to be very difficult to fix and not something I personally would take on, it just isn't worth the wasted time if it doesn't get fixed
