Please Help! Need to ID an IC!!

Hello, I'm trying to repair an old BMW over head console (61-31-9-252-757) and I believe the problem is a burned out IC. The numbers that I could read off of it were HC14 1E3R514 611 47F there were 2-3 characters burned off in front of the 611. I've been looking for hours trying to find the part, I can't see any brand name on this IC, many of the neighboring IC's are NXP but clearly state that where as the IC I am trying to find just has those characters mentioned above. It would be awesome if someone could help me find a replacement part!

No problems whatsoever, there . . . . you just need yourself a . . . [ as in Six sections] Hex-inverting schmitt triggered flat pack mount I.C.
That has its casing configured either as a TSSOP14 or SSOP14.

Several manufacturers ALSO make, and offer it.
