Google search reveals that the VTR 07511 is a Metal Oxide Varistor.
I think you may be able to use a similar characteristics Varistor (that would blow at about the same or lower pick voltage). BUT rest assure that if the Varistor (TVR 07511) is blown then you definetly have a burned mains fuse and most probably a durned mosfet switch and diodes.

From my experience this is the best case scenario. Trust me if so, then it can easily be repaired if you scource the parts.

P.S. brand and model of the TV and brand and model of the power supply board would help us guide you better.

How should i check it in multimeter, weather it is ok or faulty.

generally when these things fail, it's spectacular, as in they blow themselves apart.
So unless the side I cannot see is black and cracked .... it's most likely to be OK

Both the sides are ok, not cracked at any side but in multimeter it shows continuity both side

Sir Bhaven . . . . .

i found one faulty part which was TVR 07511

I suspicion that part to not be faulty.

I don't see your varistor in any of the photos, but the green round unit is definitely a surge thermistor, used at power turn on.

What is the state of your pigtail fuse which is completely shrouded in black heat shrink tubing, and is located just in front of the surge thermistor ?
And if open, don't just replace it before locating the probable other damaged parts that CAUSED it to fail.
