This is my first post in this forum and I would greatly appreciate any help that I can get.

I'm trying to identify a connector on the power board of a Walkera 250 Runner quadcopter? I've read that the connector is proprietary, but am hoping that a male plug can be bought. It looks like some sort of dual card edge connector. The pitch spacing (as best as I could measure) is 0.8 mm. Please see attached photos of the connector.

This is the closest that I could find so far:

I would like to make a connection to one of the pins on the connector. If I can't find the right connector, I could solder a separate single wire connector to the solder joint on the board for that pin. Or maybe put a metal contact that aligns with the correct pin on a thin board that goes into the front slot?

If you have any ideas/suggestions, please let me know.

Thanks,
John

Hi John,
I had no luck on the connector size either.
If you are only connecting one wire, the easiest option would be to solder that one wire.
But sit tight, somebody might find the right connector for you.

Hi John
It looks like some kind of mezzanine connector. I have had a quick look but I can find anything exact. Does the connector have any marking or symbols on it?
Thanks
Adam

Hey Adam,
they look remarkably similar to the other post about similar connecters.
I can't find the post though..

Hi All,

I posted this question in several other forums, and you all gave me the best suggestions! Thanks for all your helpful advice, which ended up leading me to

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the datasheet for this connector nor a US vendor, so I decided to just solder a wire to one of the upstream components that carried the signal that I wanted to get. If you're interested in what I did, please check out:

I think the chances of getting the right connector were pretty slim and this solution will save me a few bucks in parts and lots of time in searching.

Thanks again,
John
