Hi,

Are there any good PCB fabrication facilities for Rogers 3xxxx, 4xxx,
5xxx and RT/duroid boards ? Almost all the search results I got with
Google use FR-4 laminates only. We have a lot of boards to be printed
on Rogers laminates, but we couldn't find a single facility so far.
Any suggestions for a Fab facility that works on a wide variety of
microwave laminates (not necessarily Rogers) will also work for us.

We are ready to provide the boards ourselves if the need arises.

Thanks in Advance,
Vijay.

Lord,
For Rogers 4xxx laminate there is no special processing
involved. R4XXX can be processed by anybody that is doing FR-4
laminates.
For the other Rogers laminates I would try the following
fabricators. I do not warrant the quality of their work or any
other aspect of their operations. Except for Hallmark, which has
always exceeded my expectations and requirements but you pay for
it. To find others, search for Microwave PCBs typically turns up
a bunch of suppliers. Also try contacting the laminate
manufacturers to find a listing of their fabricators using
particular laminates.

Not the laminate.. but I hope you realise some Rogers material isn't
fireproof.. you therefore can't get UL or EN6950 unless its fully enclosed
in metal... in fact.. some of the material actually burns rather nicely :)
