So, I just learned how to design PCBs on Eagle. I made a simple design to light 4 LEDs. I want to test whether it works properly or not. I''m not able to import on Electronics Lab(AUTODESK). How do i know my design is proper and works fine?

I use gerbv, a free Gerber file viewer.

You can be sure that you will see copper, solder mask and holes where they show on the viewer, with the caveat that lines and spaces will vary within the resolution stated by your manufacturer. The variation is typically ±3mil or 0.003 in. Typically all lines and space should be at least twice that in thickness.

I am not sure what you are after. No program is going to tell you that you have wired it correctly based on the Gerber files, they do not contain any information about what is supposed to connect to what. Eagle, on the other hand, can tell you that, assuming you started with a schematic.
