Late last year Panasonic introduced a CFL with integral ballast in
Japan. The lamp seems similar to the GE Genura, but is being sold in
an A-Line form factor instead of the reflector form factor that GE
uses for Genura. The lamp was apparently shown at the Japanese
equivalent of Light Fair in March of this year.

Most of the test is in Japanese and I am having it translated by my
son. Until we have a full translation, the following information can
be determined from the Web site:
Input power: 12 watts
Output: 810 lm or 750 lm depending upon color temperature
Cost: 4,800 Yen (About 40 USD)
Life: 30000 hours
Length: 135 mm
Diameter: 65 mm
I have not yet been able to determine CCT or CRI, other than the fact
that one version is a 'daylight" color.
