OPA277 Spice Model?

Anyone have a current vintage Spice Model for an OPA277?

All I can find is a model dated in 1997, and developed using PSpice
"Parts" function, which sucks the big lemon :-(

Guess you found this one, but just in case yours is older (bottom of page):
http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/opa277.html

It's the usual macro model. Since TI bought BB that may very well be all
there is in the public domain. I'd call them, see if they are willing to
release better stuff against an NDA.

Same one I found... seems to be the only one floating around :-(

Well, just call them up and try to cajole them into releasing the good
stuff :)

Not that they always do it. For a TPS regulator they said no and then I
consequently designed it out. Lost revenue for them. Other times I was
luckier.

That's the model I already have. If you look inside the zipfile
you'll note that the model is dated 1997, but the worst thing about it
is that the model was derived used PSpice "Parts" program, which is a
notorious piece-a-crap ;-)

Have you emailed the parts maker or looked on their site?

Few, if any, spice opamp models are well-suited
for every imaginable performance aspect. What,
specifically, are you trying to model in your
circuit, that TI's opa277 spice model doesn't
handle properly? There may be a workaround.
