Greetings All

Can someone recommend a good software program that can do audio frequency
sweeps through the computer sound card, without me having to type in and
test each frequency separately.

Example: Play 10hz to 20,000hz incrementing by 1 Hz over 15 seconds time
span

I use Goldwave (dot-com) for the PC, which has a built-in mathematical
function generator. It can save to a sound file or playback through the
sound card.

just download a wave file that does it? You can even make one with matlab or
some programming software if you got it? There are many "diagnostic" wave
files online to download. It would be your easiest method rather than
installing some software.
