I asked TPG once and they don't offer full service they have something
called off net which costs the same as telstra and is apparently basically
telstra

TPG's ability to massively discount connectivity is based on them using
their own network, so given they're not a big Telstra reseller, when it
comes time to reselling Telstra's services, they can't really offer any sort
of discount.

The ISPs who buy big chunks of wholesale connectivity from Telstra are the
ones to look for.

The area is Couridjah.
I also asked southern phone who keep putting Bumph in the letter box and
they can not do any different to telstra

More than likely, Telstra's the only one with a DSLAM at the local exchange,
so any ISP offering connectivity there will have to go through them.

Have a look at the http://bc.whirlpool.net.au though - enter your landline
number (so they can determine which exchange you're connected to), and you
can then choose from the plans on offer from ISPs who can provide
connectivity in your area.

Try ClubTelco directly as well - http://www.clubtelco.com/ - as noted above,
their "all in one" package was very well priced for ADSL2+ in a regional
area (for the record, I'm not affiliated with ClubTelco - in fact, I'm a TPG
reseller).

Thanks, but given that you're such a strange person that you whinge about
people apologising to you I'll take your opinion with the pound of salt I
think it's worth.

I didn't whinge about you apologising, just highlighting what it took before
you accepted you were wrong - which you rarely do even when you know your
game is up.

But that has nothing to do with the absurd line of reasoning you have taken
in recent times, which calls into question your sense.
