The picmicro board for e.g. uses a 60w to 120w motor, also do you intend sensorless or sensored commutation?
See pic 00857a and MC LV board for examples.

But i came to know ST micro controllers are more powerful than micro chip. So want to develop something in ST. First i want to concentrate on sensored communication.

Finally I have decided to buy the following items
DM330021-2 - dsPICDEM MCLV-2 Development Board
AC300020 --> 24V BLDC motor
AC002013 --> 24V PS
MA330031 ->dspic33EP256MC506 internal opamp motor control PIM.
One clarification i have is can I insert this PIM into the development board directly? It is expensive for me but still going ahead. Please advise me with the homework i need to do before I order. I want to be ready before all the parts come. Thanks in advance.

I have the older version of the MC LV boards,
The MA330031 states:
This plug-in module comes with a 64-pin dsPIC33EP256MC506 TQFP device. It enables using the on chip internal OpAmps on the dsPIC device. It can be used with the Microchip MCHV-2 [DM330023-2] and MCLV-2 [DM330021-2] development boards. Notice: This PIM CANNOT be used with the original MCHV [DM330023] or MCLV [DM330021] development boards. Use the external OpAmp PIM [MA330031-2] to use the dsPIC33EP256MC506 with original MCHV or MCLV boards
