MEMS accelerometer raw (analogue) output

Hi, I'm looking for a small (MEMS?) accelerometer where I can access the raw , analogue signal for sampling off-chip. Most of the devices I've seen have built-in ADCs with digital (SPI, I2C) outputs that reduce the output bandwidth. Highest possible analogue bandwidth is in a compact and cost-effective package are the main requirements. Thanks.

There are some out there, but you are right they are less common than the digital ones.

I have similar query, as I have rotational speed sensor, which I wanted interface with particle photon using 0-10v ADC
But can we use this ADC to improve the bandwidth of output while using higher values analog inputs?
Your lead on this will be very helpful
