Does anyone know the master password for a samsung satellite receiver
model SIR-S70 ?

1. It's illegal for you to use, unless for troubleshooting purposes.

2. If used for anything but troubleshooting, or even research procedures,
giving you that code, under current law is at least complicity.. It may be
called something way worse if you're a "target".

3. This is not the place to ask, anyone in here who has it spent time and
resources to have it, unless you know them personally, they are not likely to
give it out.

4. If you're niave enough to ask in this forum, which is a public place, I
would bet that you want to steal the programs or movies that you "love".

There is also the possibility that you bought it "hot", or even stole it
yourself, as such, very few people would be willing to help you.

You obviously need to think things out more before you do them, a word to the
wise.

Your mis-guided posting is much like someone posting.... "Does anyone have
the password so I can hack into the Pentagon computer?"
Come on now..... even if anyone had the Samsung master password that you are
requesting and they wanted to give it to you it is very, very doubtful that
this would be wisely discussed on a public internet newsgroup. I am
certain that I have seen a similar scenario on the TV show "World's Dumbest
Criminals".
If you are trying to service a Samsung satellite receiver then you should
directly contact Samsung for assistance.

The real story is I BOUGHT it at a flea market for a reasonable price and
it DOES NOT have a access card .
The unit is locked with the former owner's password . Before I can
unlock it even to set it up I must remove the lock
that requires a four digit password be entered and that is why I asked if
anybody the master password.
I can see that there is a couple of narrow minded people out there that
can only think about crime.
If I had the password and was able to set it up I still couldn't get
free "MOVIES" you need a ACCESS CARD .
I DO HAVE A LEGIT ACCESS CARD THAT I PAY A MONTHLY FEE FOR.

IF YOU DO A SEARCH ON THE WEB YOU CAN GET PASSWORDS FOR SOME MODELS, BUT
NOT THIS MODEL.
So all you narrow minded people go back to your sex adds,read em and
weep.
