It's out-of-print. So you'll need to surf the used book E-stores.
abebooks *doesn't* have a copy which is not a good sign :-(

Which is basically how I got my copy some months ago, only via an amazon.com
'marketplace' seller - they also do not show any copies currently available.

Well, I paid about US $70, plus $9 post and packing (to the UK) for mine,
which will not be considered cheap by many, but I guess it depends on how
_you_ value books! My copy is in good condition, it is difficult to tell
that it is second-hand, and even still had the 2 large floppy disks of
examples sealed inside the back cover (which I have since transferred to
smaller floppies). All in all I was happy to pay the price for it that I
did!
