Hi
I designed circuit to protect battery from over discharging.
But I can find those protector chips upto 11V.
But my battery is 11.1 V nominal voltage.

It max voltage can be go upto 12.4 V, so can I use below design?
I added 3 resistors to compensate 2.1V so that IC will not burn.

will it work? because IC takes only 0.3uA Quiescent Current, so will diode works? I am not sure.Capture.PNG
This design for a product. so need durable method.

Thanks
